3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Security

6. Waitlist and Beta Program

Waitlist Terms

• Waitlist participation does not guarantee access to the Service
• Invitations are sent based on availability and queue position
• Waitlist position is determined chronologically by signup date
• We may consider additional factors such as survey responses and organizational fit
• You may be removed from the waitlist for violations of these Terms

Invitation Expiration Policy

• Invitations expire 7 days from the date they are sent
• If you do not create an account within 7 days, your invitation will expire
• Expired invitations result in being moved to the back of the waitlist queue
• You may request a new invitation after expiration, subject to queue position
• We are not responsible for missed or delayed invitation emails

Beta Program Benefits

• Beta users receive a permanent 30% discount on subscription fees
• Beta discounts continue indefinitely while your subscription remains active
• Beta discounts are forfeited permanently if you cancel your subscription
• Beta status cannot be transferred to other accounts or organizations
• Beta program participation is limited and subject to capacity constraints

Beta Testing Responsibilities

• Beta users may experience bugs, errors, or service interruptions
• You agree to provide feedback and report issues encountered
• Beta features may be modified or removed without notice
• You acknowledge that beta software may not be fully tested
• We may request participation in surveys, interviews, or testing activities

7. Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Taxes are additional and your responsibility

Payment Processing

Cancellation and Refunds
