For chambers of commerce and economic development organizations

Show members what their dues did this month

Record a short video update. Stakeholder Studio turns it into the member email, social posts, a written recap and a PDF briefing, then shows you who opened it.

  • Separate updates for members, investors, elected officials and site selectors
  • One recording replaces the newsletter that keeps slipping
  • See who is engaged before renewal season, not after it

Renewals are decided long before the invoice goes out

Members forget what they pay for

Advocacy wins, workforce programs and the business you brought to town mostly happen out of view. By renewal time, plenty of members can’t name one thing the chamber did for them.

The newsletter is the first thing to slip

A good member update takes hours your team doesn’t have. So it goes out late, goes out thin, or doesn’t go out at all.

Investors and officials need a different story

A small-business member, a major investor and a county commissioner care about different results. One generic email doesn’t serve any of them well.

How it works

  1. 1

    Record a short update

Talk to camera about what the chamber got done, straight from your browser. The script builder gives you prompts if you don’t want to start from a blank page.

  2. 2

    Get the written versions

Stakeholder Studio writes the member email, social posts, a blog-style recap, short clips and a branded PDF briefing. It’s written for chamber audiences, and you edit anything before it goes out.

  3. 3

Send it to the right people

Tag your list by member tier, investors, officials or committees and send each group its version. Per-recipient tracking shows who opened it and who clicked through to watch.

One recording becomes

  • Email campaign
  • Social posts
  • Blog-style recap
  • Short video clips
  • Branded PDF briefing
  • Segmented sends

Questions

Isn’t Stakeholder Studio for tourism organizations?

It was built first for destination marketing organizations. Chambers and economic development organizations have the same underlying problem: the people who decide funding and membership rarely see the work. When you set up your account as a chamber, the script prompts and written content are tuned to members, investors and officials instead of hotel partners.

Do we need video experience?

No. It’s a direct-to-camera update from a laptop or phone, not a production. The script builder helps you work out what to say, and you can re-record as many times as you like.

Can we use our own email template?

Yes. You can bring the HTML email template your team already uses, or start from ours.

What do we get for joining the waitlist?

Beta seats are limited. Beta partners get up to 30% off for as long as they stay a customer, not just the first year. The rate steps down as seats fill and locks in when you create your account, so earlier is better. You also get direct access to the team building the product and a real say in what gets built next.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $449 a month, or about $314 at the top beta rate. Annual billing takes a further 27% off. The Basic plan covers 2,500 stakeholders and 15,000 emails a month. Full details are on the pricing page. See pricing
