How does email delivery scale with your platform?
We send through a dedicated email delivery service, in batches sized for large lists. Bounces and complaints are handled automatically, and addresses that fail are suppressed so they don't hurt your sender reputation. Your plan sets your monthly email volume.
What's included in the video recording system?
Our browser-based video recorder includes camera + screen recording simultaneously, real-time audio monitoring, device selection and testing, pause/resume functionality, and automatic duration tracking. No downloads or plugins required. Recording is optional on every plan: skip the camera and the same content is written from your script.
How do AI operation limits work?
AI operations include video transcription, content generation, and script creation. One full update (script plus every written piece) uses about 15. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: Starter (40), Basic (90), Premium (450), Enterprise (2,250), with Enterprise+ set to fit each contract.
Can I upgrade as my organization grows?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime with prorated billing. Your stakeholder data, video projects, and team settings transfer seamlessly between tiers. Usage tracking helps you know when it's time to upgrade.
What's the difference between single-tag and multi-tag targeting?
Starter and Basic allow single-tag email targeting (e.g., all "Board Members"). Premium+ tiers enable multi-tag targeting (e.g., "Board Members" AND "Downtown District") for more precise audience segmentation and personalized communications.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee, no implementation charge and no cancellation penalty. Plans are month-to-month, or annual if you'd rather pay for 10 months and get 12. Your first update is free: you get 14 days with no credit card.
What do founding partners get?
The founding beta is open to 100 organizations. The first 20 get 30% off every invoice for as long as they stay subscribed, and the rate steps down 5% for every 20 accounts after that. It locks in when the account is created and applies on top of annual billing. The first 25 to subscribe also lock their price for two years, get an onboarding call with Adam Stoker, and can be featured on the Destination Marketing Podcast.
