For nonprofits, foundations and associations
Stay close to the people who fund your mission
Record a short video update. Stakeholder Studio turns it into the donor email, the member update, a board briefing and social posts, then shows you who opened it.
- Separate updates for donors, members, program partners and the board
- One recording replaces the report that eats your week
- See who is engaged before the next appeal or renewal

Supporters drift when the only update is an ask
Donors hear from you when you need money
Between appeals, most supporters get silence or a generic newsletter. That makes the next ask harder than it has to be.
Board reports take the director away from the work
Assembling a board update can swallow days, and the time comes straight out of the programs the update is meant to describe.
Impact is hard to get across on paper
A paragraph about a program rarely lands the way two minutes of the director explaining it does.
How it works
- 1
Record a short update
Talk to camera about what happened this month: a program milestone, a family you served, what the next gift will make possible. It records straight from your browser.
- 2
Get the written versions
Stakeholder Studio writes the donor email, the member update, social posts, short clips and a branded PDF briefing for the board. It’s written to be precise about impact without overclaiming it, and you edit anything before it goes out.
- 3
Send it to the right people
Tag your list by donor level, members, volunteers or the board and send each group its version. Per-recipient tracking shows who opened it and who clicked through to watch.
One recording becomes
- Email campaign
- Social posts
- Blog-style recap
- Short video clips
- Branded PDF briefing
- Segmented sends

Questions
Isn’t Stakeholder Studio for tourism organizations?
It was built first for destination marketing organizations. Nonprofits, foundations and associations have the same underlying problem: the people who fund the work rarely see it. When you set up your account as a nonprofit, the script prompts and written content are tuned to donors, members and the board instead of hotel partners.
Can updates stay private to our donors or members?
Yes. You choose whether your videos can be watched by anyone with the link or only by the stakeholders you send them to.
We’re a small team. Is this overkill?
Small teams are who it’s for. The point is to replace hours of writing with a short recording. The Basic plan covers 2,500 stakeholders, which fits most organizations.
What do we get for joining the waitlist?
Beta seats are limited. Beta partners get up to 30% off for as long as they stay a customer, not just the first year. The rate steps down as seats fill and locks in when you create your account, so earlier is better. You also get direct access to the team building the product and a real say in what gets built next.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $449 a month, or about $314 at the top beta rate. Annual billing takes a further 27% off. The Basic plan covers 2,500 stakeholders and 15,000 emails a month. Full details are on the pricing page. See pricing
