For associations, authorities, districts and other board-led organizations
Keep your board informed between meetings
Record a short video update. Stakeholder Studio turns it into the board email, a written briefing and updates for funders and constituents, then shows you who opened it.
- Separate updates for board members, funders and key constituents
- Raise issues early instead of saving them for the next meeting
- Videos stay private to the people you send them to, unless you choose otherwise

A board that only hears from you at meetings is always catching up
Everything lands at once, a few times a year
Between meetings the board hears very little, so each meeting starts with the backlog. Issues surface late, and discussion time goes to getting everyone up to speed.
Board packets get skimmed
A long written report is thorough and rarely read closely. The points you most need the board to absorb get lost in the detail.
Funders and constituents get even less
The people who fund the organization, or whom it serves, often hear nothing between annual reports. That gap shows when you need their support.
How it works
- 1
Record a short update
Talk to camera about what happened since the last meeting and what the board should be watching, straight from your browser. The script builder gives you prompts if you don’t want to start from a blank page.
- 2
Get the written versions
Stakeholder Studio writes the board email, a branded PDF briefing, a written recap and short clips. It’s written for people with oversight responsibility and limited time, and you edit anything before it goes out.
- 3
Send it to the right people
Tag your list by board, committees, funders or constituents and send each group its version. Per-recipient tracking shows who opened it and who clicked through to watch.
One recording becomes
- Email campaign
- Social posts
- Blog-style recap
- Short video clips
- Branded PDF briefing
- Segmented sends

Questions
Isn’t Stakeholder Studio for tourism organizations?
It was built first for destination marketing organizations, which report to boards and funders like you do. When you set up your account as a board-led organization, the script prompts and written content are tuned to board members, funders and constituents instead of hotel partners.
Are the videos private?
By default, yes. Only the people you send an update to can watch it. You can change that if you want an update to be viewable by anyone with the link.
Does this replace board meetings or board packets?
No. It keeps the board informed between meetings, so the meeting itself can go to decisions instead of catching up.
What do we get for joining the waitlist?
Beta seats are limited. Beta partners get up to 30% off for as long as they stay a customer, not just the first year. The rate steps down as seats fill and locks in when you create your account, so earlier is better. You also get direct access to the team building the product and a real say in what gets built next.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $449 a month, or about $314 at the top beta rate. Annual billing takes a further 27% off. The Basic plan covers 2,500 stakeholders and 15,000 emails a month. Full details are on the pricing page. See pricing
