For cohorts, masterminds, accelerators and paid membership programs

Keep your members connected between sessions

Record a short video update, or skip the camera and start from a script. Stakeholder Studio turns it into the member email, a written recap and short clips, keeps it private to your members, and shows you who opened it.

  • Updates only your members can watch, never public
  • Keep momentum going between live sessions
  • See which members are engaged and which have gone quiet

Membership that only happens at sessions feels like a subscription, not a community

The room goes quiet between sessions

Members hear from you when there’s a call on the calendar. In between, the thing they paid for can feel like it has stopped.

Hosting between sessions takes time you don’t have

A thoughtful member update means writing, formatting and sending, on top of running the program itself. So it slips.

Quiet members cancel without warning

By the time someone asks to leave, they checked out months ago. Without a regular touchpoint, there’s no early sign.

How it works

  1. 1

    Record it, or write it

Talk to camera about what’s coming up, what’s worth members’ attention and what’s moving through the group, straight from your browser. Not a video week? Build the script with guided prompts and skip the recording.

  2. 2

    Get the written versions

Stakeholder Studio writes the member email and a written recap, plus short clips when you record. It’s written in the voice of a host talking to peers, not a vendor selling to customers, and you edit anything before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Send it to your members

Tag your list by cohort, tier or alumni and send each group its version. Videos can only be watched by the people you send them to. Per-recipient tracking shows who opened it and who clicked through.

One update, recorded or written, becomes

  • Email campaign
  • Social posts
  • Blog-style recap
  • Video clips, when you record
  • Branded PDF briefing
  • Segmented sends

Questions

Isn’t Stakeholder Studio for tourism organizations?

It was built first for destination marketing organizations. When you set up your account as a cohort or membership program, the script prompts and written content are tuned to members who have already joined, not to prospects or partners.

Can members share the videos publicly?

No. For membership programs, videos are always private to the people you send them to, and that setting can’t be turned off. Access is what your members pay for, so we don’t give it away.

Do we have to be on camera?

No. Video is the most personal way to send an update, and it’s a direct-to-camera recording from a laptop or phone, not a production. But it’s optional. Build the script instead, with guided prompts if you want them, and Stakeholder Studio writes the email, social posts, recap and briefing from that. You can record one update and write the next.

What do founding-beta partners get?

Beta seats are limited. Beta partners get up to 30% off for as long as they stay a customer, not just the first year. The rate steps down as seats fill and locks in when you create your account, so earlier is better. The first 25 to subscribe also lock their price for two years and get an onboarding call with Adam Stoker. You also get direct access to the team building the product and a real say in what gets built next.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $149 a month for up to 1,000 stakeholders, or about $104 at the top beta rate. Basic is $349 a month for 2,500 stakeholders and 15,000 emails a month. Annual billing is 10 months for the price of 12, on top of any beta rate. There is no setup fee or contract, and your first update is free. Full details are on the pricing page. See pricing

Make membership feel hosted, not just billed

Founding-beta seats are limited, and the earliest accounts lock in the best rate.
